Zach lives in Austin, Texas, originally from the Chicago area. He has always been interested in cooking food from a young age, for reasons of being too picky and wanted top to make the food he liked. Overtime learning about all the different types offood and cooking techniques, the “pickiness” went away and he expanded his palette. He likes all types of cuisine with Mexican being his favorite. He started his journey as a content creator making recipe videos back in early 2023.
